If you are new to the area or, for any other reason, are not already registered with a dentist, you are strongly recommended to do so.
1. Establish yourself as a new patient:
During your first visit we will schedule you for a comprehensive exam, and make time for you and our team to get to know each other. Our goal is to understand who you are, and what treatment you are looking to have done. It is also your chance to ask questions about dentistry, and our office.
You will need to be able to give us necessary information relating your present and past medical and dental histories. We also need to know any medications you are taking as well as what they are used to treat. We will be gathering other information, such as: x-rays, models, photographs, and visual examinations to help us diagnose any dental problems you may have. Many times we may have you come back for another visit to discuss treatment options.
We are currently accepting patients of all ages; from children to adult.
To save time on your first visit we recommend that you download and complete our New Patient Information Forms from the link below before you arrive for your visit.
2. Emergency visit:
The doctor will address your immediate concern, for example tooth or gum pain, and perform any diagnostic tests that are considered necessary to aid in future treatment.
